Road
The total length of the internal roads in the development zone amounts to over 50 km, forming the framework of “six vertical lines and four transverse lines”
Electricity
Two transformer substations, one with capacity of 220 KV and another 35KV, have been built in the zone. Along the roads in the zone, each road is equipped with 10 KV lines for about 30 km, and electricity network has basically reached all parts of the new industrial zone.
Telecommunication
A full-scale telecommunication network has been done in the industrial zone, such as Internet, DDN, international and domestic long-distance direct dial telephones, IP telephones, telegrams, faxes, mobile communication and wireless paging as well as broadband (optical fiber).
Water Supply
In the zone, the main water supply line network has been basically set up, sourcing from Gucheng Lake in the second-class national quality, which can be directly drunk.
Sewage Disposal
The established Gaochun Guobang Sewage Treatment Plant has a daily handling capacity of 40,000 tons; the newly-building zone sewage treatment plant is under construction, with a daily handling capacity of 80,000 tons, and 40,000 tons in the first phrase.
Drainage
Diversion drainage of rain and sewage in the zone and drainage pipeline transfixion in various regions ensure the unblocked drainage of sewage and rain.
Cable TV
Digital TV lines have been set up in the development zone.
Land Leveling
The development zone is in charge of leveling off all recommended lands.
Logistics
There are more than 20 logistics companies and offices of national chain logistics companies in the zone, with a large warehousing and transporting capacity, supplying a 24-hour transport service for the enterprises.
Standard Factory
The development zone supplies the service of renting and buying standard factories. Currently, built standard plants and ones under construction cover a total area of over 200,000m².
Heating
2*300MW of heat supply unit project is under construction to supply the combined heat and power for the zone.
Gas Supply
Nanjing Gaochun Gas Pipeline Project is invested and established by China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., and the entering natural gas pipeline network is under construction.
