At present, Gaochun Economic Development Zone has formed the three leading industries of electromechanics, new materials and green food. The first draft of its strategic development plan has been finished, and then experts will be organized for argument and appraisal. The development zone will plan the formation of five major industrial parks, Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Park, Electronic Information Industrial Park, New Materials Industrial Park, Green Food Industrial Park and Software Industrial Park.
Ⅰ Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Park
Focusing on the projects like Dardi Water Cutter Industrial Base, Amanda Marine Equipment, etc, the park vigorously develops the textile machinery, analytical instruments, automobile parts and other series products to strive for the introduction and settlement of large special equipment manufacturing and equipment industry enterprises and products. Up to now, there are totally 67 mechanical manufacturing projects in the zone, with a total investment of RMB2.78 billion.
Ⅱ Electronic Information Industrial Park
Relying on the cooperation and reorganization of Gaochun Ceramics and 14th Research Institute, prioritize the development of communications equipment, electronic measuring instruments, special equipment for the electronics industry, electronic components, electronic devices, electronic information, electromechanics, etc. Up to now, the number of electronic information projects in the zone is totally 27, with a total investment of RMB1.243 billion.
III. New Materials Industrial Park
Represented by Hongbaoli New Materials, Gaochun Ceramics, etc projects, the park prioritize the development of ceramic materials series, composite materials, new building materials and new packaging materials. Up to now, there are totally 49 projects, with a total investment of RMB3.184 billion.
IV. Green Food Industrial Park
Taking Rongdian Food, Creation Food and Guofu Food projects as the carrier, the park prioritizes the development of fruits and vegetables, beverages, snack foods, nutrition and health food, mushroom processing and specialty feed processing. Up to now, 13 heavyweight food processing projects have been introduced for settlement, with a total investment of RMB964 million.
V. Software Industrial Park
Plan the construction of Software Industrial Park based on New District Technology Innovation Center start construction and driven by the projects of Shanghai Safesoft, etc., and strive to build it into a provincial software and service outsourcing industry supporting base.
